How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Does CRAFTD jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.
How should I care for my jewelry?
While our jewelry is highly durable, we recommend wiping it down with a soft cloth after wear to maintain its shine. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals or heavy perfumes to prolong the life of the plating.
